Job Description
We are looking for an Experienced Architectural Draughtsman with min. 7-8 years of experience to join our Greater Noida team and you will have an opportunity to work on interesting projects across wide-ranging sectors and typology.
Your Responsibilities will include
• Produce detailed tender and Architectural drawings as directed and as required for project, in an effective & professional manner.
• Coordinate effectively with in-house services and estimation teams during preparation and submission of tender and GFC documents.
• Liaise and communicate closely with client’s representatives, consultants & contractors.
Qualifying Criteria for the Job
• Educational Qualification required- B.Arch/ Diploma in Architecture.
• Minimum 7-8 years of working experience of Architectural draughtsman in handling submissions, tender preparation and working drawings.
• Experience in working on government projects.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to work on Photoshop also
