Duties & Responsiblities:
• Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers.
• Follow up for issues related to refund & payments
• Giving Outstanding Statements Weekly.
• Bank Coordination & preparing chequefor vendors.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of all accounts.
• must have knowledge of Import Export related to band work.
• Need to have Knowledge of Bill Entry / Purchased / Sales entry.
Technical Skills Required-
• Knowledge of accounting softwares such as Tally.
• Knowledge of Data entry activities
• Knowledge of calculation & filing of the following taxes- Gst, Tds, PT
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint.
• Should be presentable with excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Petty Cash Handling
• HandlingPayroll
• Receivables and Payable
Documents Required :
• Salary Proof -Bank Statement(last 6 months)
• ID Proof - AADHAR / PAN card
• 2 Photos
• Updated Resume
