We have urgent requirement for DRA/Debt Recovery Agent (Voice Profile) (Male & Female both can apply) in Banking Process at Delhi & Noida.
Job Description/Responsibilitie:
Calling to customers to remind about their due payment of Loan, EMIs and bills. Recovery/ Collection of their due payments.
Reminder call for due payment.
To persuade late- or non-payers to repay the amounts they borrowed.
EMI Collection / Loan recovery.
Should be punctual.
Eligibility Criteria: -
DRA Certified from IIBF (Indian Institute of Banking & Finance)
Age-: 18 yr - 30 yr
Education Qualification -: 12th Pass, Undergraduates, Graduates (in any stream)
Confident, Active Listener, Positive Attitude & Target Oriented
Experience 00 yr-07yrs
(Freshers can also apply)
Desirable qualifications:
Good Communication skills.
Good collection & recovery skills and knowledge of tracing.
Prior experience in Collection process shall be preferred.
Must be willing to work with the team members.
Language Known English, Hindi, (Any regional language)
Must be patient and willing to help others in solving problems while maintaining a positive attitude at all times.
Must have a keen eye for detail and follow instructions.
Should have good negotiation skills and be able to influence people.
Salary: 16000 To 20000 (Negotiable) + Performance Incentive
