Roles and Responsibilities
• Candidate will be responsible for handling inward calls / emails / chat from customers interested in buying our products/services.
• Give an introduction to the customer about our company.
• Understand the customer's need and connect the customer to the relevant sales team.
• Follow up with customers for feedback and testimonials.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Must have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Should have the passion for helping customers.
• Preference will be given to those with knowledge of IT products & services.
• Should be well versed in software tools viz CRM, spreadsheet, documents, email, etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Salary: ₹+,437.4+ - ₹18,454.+8 per month
