Hiring : US Accounting Executive (Immediate Joiners Preferred)
We are looking for a detail-oriented accounting professional with hands-on experience in US Accounting & US GAAP to join our growing team.
Work Mode : Hybrid (Office + Work From Home)
Experience : 1+ years of relevant experience in US Accounting
Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days preferred
Working Hours (Split Shift)
• Day : 10 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM (Office twice a week)
• Night : * : 30 PM – 1 : 30 AM (Work from Home)
• 5 Days Working
Key Responsibilities :
• Maintain books of accounts for US clients
• Perform bank, credit card & balance sheet reconciliations
• Handle journal entries & general ledger
• Support month-end & year-end closing
• Prepare financial statements as per US GAAP
• Manage accounts payable & receivable
• Assist with audit documentation
• Coordinate with US clients via email & virtual meetings
Requirements :
• Strong understanding of US GAAP
• Experience with QuickBooks / NetSuite / Xero / Sage
• Good knowledge of financial statements
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
• Good communication skills
Qualification :
CA Inter / MBA / M.Com / CS / CMA
Preferred Profile :
• Experience with US-based clients or accounting firms
• Comfortable working in semi-US shift
• Strong attention to detail & analytical mindset
