US Accounting Leadership Opportunity
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced US Accounting Team Lead to oversee and manage a team of accounting professionals serving clients from the USA, UK, Australia, and India. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US accounting practices, team leadership, and client communication.
This role blends operational excellence with strategic oversight to ensure quality, timely, and compliant delivery of outsourced accounting services. You will lead a team handling multi-country client portfolios, review and manage end-to-end accounting processes, and ensure timely preparation of financial statements.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of US GAAP and compliance (W-2/10++, IRS guidelines), excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and a client-centric approach with proven stakeholder management experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in US accounting, including 1+ year in a leadership role
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite, Excel
