The Opportunity
We are hiring a US Accounting Manager to lead month-end close and oversee accounting operations for US clients.
You will manage reporting accuracy, supervise accounting workflows, and play a central role in scaling finance operations within growing US businesses.

What You Will Own
• Lead and manage full month-end close under US GAAP
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting packages
• Ensure financial statement accuracy and compliance
• Supervise and mentor accounting team members
• Coordinate directly with US Controllers and CFOs
• Strengthen accounting processes in scaling environments
• Drive operational improvements and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
• 6–8+ years of progressive US GAAP accounting experience
• Demonstrated leadership of close cycles
• Prior team management or mentoring experience
• Strong financial reporting and general ledger expertise
• Comfort operating in high-growth environments
• ERP exposure (NetSuite preferred)
• Strong English communication skills
