Qualification: Undergraduate, Graduate (B Com, BA,) No technical background
Work Experience required: 0.6-3 years in US Voice Process.

· Out Bound Collections (Voice Process)
· Excellent Communication and negotiation skills.
Addition Requirements
· Should be flexible working in night shifts.
· Experience in International BPO
