Job Description:Are you a night owl with excellent communication skills? We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals for the position of Night Shift Executive (Cold Calling). As a part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients through outbound cold calls during the specified night shift hours.

• Salary Range: INR 14,000 to INR 17,000 (Based on Interview Performance)

Responsibilities:
• Conducting outbound cold calls to potential clients and promoting our products/services.
• Building and maintaining a strong customer database.
• Achieving weekly and monthly targets set by the company.
• We are providing accurate information to clients and addressing their queries.
• Collaborating with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a night shift environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus.
