We are looking for an International Chat Support Executive who will be responsible for assisting people from all over the world through online chat support.
Candidate should be residing in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Walk-in Drive
Primary Responsibilities:
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions to their queries
• Accurately record customer details in online chat support systems
• Research customer questions using available resources
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• All shifts available
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Graduation Preferred)
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working in customer service is a plus
