Job Title: Chat and Voice Process Executive
Location: Jaipur (Work From Office)
Salary: ₹27,000 to ₹37,000 CTC
Shift: Rotational Shifts
• Handle customer queries and provide prompt solutions via chat and voice
• Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
• Freshers and undergraduates are eligible
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Willingness to relocate to Jaipur within 3-4 days
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Competitive salary between ₹27,000 and ₹34,000 CTC
• 14-day guest house accommodation for out-of-town candidates
• ₹10,000 joining bonus for selected candidates
