Location: Noida
Shift Timings – Night Shift – EST (6:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST)
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Work on direct healthcare client requirements on a day-to-day basis.
• Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US Healthcare Staffing domain.
• Thoroughly understand and work on the client’s requirements and fulfil them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.
• We are looking for stable resources that are looking for a long-term opportunity.
• Should have worked for reputed firms focusing on direct client model.
• Should have previous success in VMS/MSP model.
• All candidates should be able to meet the required metrics. Should be able to work in an aggressive environment
About you:
• At least 5+ years of experience in US calling through BPO, US staffing/recruitment.
• The minimum educational qualification required is Graduation.
• Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical skills, flexible & detail-oriented attitude with demonstrated abilities in US Recruitment.
• Should have strong personal and professional ethics.
• Should have hands-on experience in working with direct clients.
