Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various healthcare positions, including nurses, physicians, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.
Utilize online job boards, social media, networking, and other channels to attract top talent.
Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and coordinate candidate submissions to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and healthcare organizations to understand their needs and preferences.
Collaborate with team members to meet recruitment targets and deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to effectively navigate the US healthcare recruitment landscape.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field (Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Prior experience in recruitment or healthcare-related roles (preferred but not required).
Passion for making a positive impact in the healthcare industry.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
