We are urgently looking out for “On-boarding Specialist” for one of our US Staffing Department (100% WFO) who has to work in Night Shift (PST/EST Time zone) & available to start immediately.

Position : Onboarding Specialist for USA

Work Experience: 3+ years

Location: 100% Work From Office

Responsibilities:

· He/she should have sound knowledge of US On Boarding process for documents screening and background verification of applicants who are residing in USA and relocate in same country for new JOB.

· Checks initiation like Disclosure/Criminal, Sanction, Adverse financial, employment references, and educational verification.

· Making out calls and sending e-mails to applicants, client, and stakeholders regarding completion of documentation timely and highlight the gaps of process etc.

· New checks allocation within the team and maintaining report for the same.

· Report making as required.

· Coordinating with the contracts team regarding paper works (offer letter, Appointment letter etc.).

· Responsible for Offer releasing and Onboarding Documentation.

· Conduct Background check that holds throughout checks of criminal records, driving records, drug screening, employment credit checks, education and employment verification, and other applicable check.

· Possess strong technical/business acumen and understanding of technical and functional requirements.

· Should have experience & should have involved in working on full range of USA Staffing Options Or recruiting process like Contractual (C2C/W2) permanent/full-time, contract-to-hire positions.

· Should have experience in Sourcing, screening candidates (resume, telephone screening) as per job requisition and scheduling their interviews with our Implementation partners or direct clients.

· Need to Provide consultant support while answering questions and provide update status regarding any pre-employment on boarding.

· Continuous follow-up with the candidates until their joining at client-side. Also coordinating for fulfilment of other formalities such as background check, drug test leading to joining post placement

· Verify and confirm all documentation process with the Client once the candidate is hired.

· Maintaining record of all placed candidates, keeping record of contract duration.

· Work extensively with MS Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

· Well-versed in working with ATS.

· Managing time sheets for employees working in other cities and states
