Exp: 8 yrs to 12 yrs.
Location: T Nagar, Chennai.

Job Description
· Responsible for managing a team of 5-10 recruiters/sourcing specialist based out of our Chennai office.
· Handling full life cycle of End-to-End recruitment process of US IT recruitment which includes Sourcing, Pre-screening, Interviewing, Short listing, obtaining required information & Documents, Client Interview arrangements, Pre & Post Interview follow-up, Closing and Offer Preparation, Delivering consultants.
· Must have experience working with Implementation Partners
· Screen candidate’s availability, interest level, eligibility to work in the US, salary expectations, relocation needs, some technical skills and core competencies.
· Hands on Experience in Head Hunting various job portals like, Dice, Monster, CB, LinkedIn, etc.,
· Recruit for both full time and contract positions.
· Expertise in negotiating salaries & hourly rates- W2, 10++, Corp 2 Corp terms
· Expert Level Skills in verifying the work authorization documents such as H1B, GC-EAD, TN, GC,USC Etc.,
· Must have in-depth understating of major technology stacks in the market.
· Strong relationship with Clients/partners and consistent track record of achieving business through them.
Educational and professional experience:-
• Must have minimum of 6+ years of US IT Experience
• Must have experience as Lead/Manager US IT Recruitment (3+ years of experience)
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases ( Ceipal)
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
