Job Title: IT Bench Sales Recruiter
Responsibilities:
· Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before marketing.
· Sole responsibility for marketing IT bench consultants with vendors or direct client.
· Maintain and grow the business from our existing and new client relationships to supplement our sales capabilities.
· Regular interaction and follow-up with bench consultants, identifying their needs and placing them on projects in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
· Shift timing – 7 PM to 4 AM | 1 Dinner Break | 2 Tea Breaks.
· Working Days – 5 (Monday to Friday).
· Work from office.
· Indian and US holidays.
· 50K Incentive per Closure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
