Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US.
Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client and fulfill them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.
We are looking for stable resources that are looking for a long-term opportunity.
Should have worked in night shift (6:30 pm- 2:30 am)
Should be able to meet the required metrics
Should be able to work in an aggressive environment
