Role: Mid to Senior Technical Recruiters (0.5 to 6 Years US Recruitment Experience)
Onsite Only (Night Shift – 7.30PM to 4.30 AM IST)

Required:
Experience in the entire U.S. Recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, selection, salary/Rate negotiation.
Self-motivated, Confident, Aggressive, Target-oriented.
Proficient in sourcing right candidates through extensive portal search and Vendors.
Should have excellent communication, convincing skills and negotiation skills.
Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets.
Candidate shall be self-motivated. Should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure.
