Roles
and Responsibilities-
Sourcing the candidate from various sources like job
Portals, Database, References etc.
Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements
Foster long-term relationships with candidates
Willing to work on tight deadlines.
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicant's
abilities for submission
Partner with Account Executives and/or Account
Managers to ensure appropriate candidates are being sourced for a wide range of
Technical/IT skillsets
Understanding of how to recruit both, active and
passive talent.
Technical/IT talent - Utilizing internal database,
LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job boards to effectively source and recruit
candidates.
Building out talent networks and tapping into knowledgeable
industry resources to develop evergreen candidate pipelines.
Partner with hiring teams on people operations,
interview assistance and onboarding.

Qualifications-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable with working under pressure
Diploma or bachelor’s degree
