Job Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their IT staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, and making job offers.
• Build and maintain a network of qualified IT professionals for future job opportunities
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively identify and attract top talent
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in the applicant tracking system
• Meet recruitment targets and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team
Qualifications:
• Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter in the US market
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminology
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, including job boards, social media, and professional networking sites
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers
• Solid knowledge of recruitment best practices and legal requirements
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple open positions simultaneously
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team
