SavvySoft is looking for an Entry Level U.S. Recruiter to join our growing night-shift US Staffing team.

A Day In The Life Of a U.S. Recruiter
As the first person to engage with qualified job seekers, you will screen them, and submit their profile to our clients if you believe those jobseekers are qualified. You will also search for other qualified jobseekers through job boards, social media platforms, or various other sources. And you will be working on job requirements for some of the hottest jobs in the market, and from some of the largest and most-reputable Fortune 500 clients in the U.S. You will be working with our team members, who all share a positive attitude and a commitment to excellent customer service during our fast-paced nightshift. And you will interact with our hands-on and supportive leadership team, who prioritizes your success and growth.
Responsibilities
• Source resumes from various sources, including job boards and create shortlist of potential qualified candidates
• Reach out to potential qualified candidates and vet them through phone-screening process
• Submit vetted candidates, who are qualified, to the end client
Qualifications
• 0-1 years of experience in U.S. recruitment
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good Critical Thinking Skills
• Positive attitude and willing to take on new challenges
