Responsibilities
• Manage/follow the entire life cycle of the recruitment & bench sales process for clients in the US.
• Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
• Work on strategic global hiring programs.
• Develop an action plan for recruiting the best talent for the requirement.
• Source the talent for Conrelv’s client IT Requirements.
• Use the sourcing and bench sales tools extensively to manage the placement lifecycle.
Requirements
• Any Graduate Degree with 2+ year experience in US IT Recruitment area
• Any Graduate who wants to build their career in IT Technical recruiting (HR) area
• Candidate will learn or already have experience in the following
• In-depth knowledge of hiring practices and existing laws with respect to the US market.
• Experience in building the talent pool for the IT department of the company.
• Must work in US timings
• Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.
• Knowledgeable about different US work Visas.
• Familiarity with different US Tax terms is required (10++/W2/Corp-to-Corp).
• Strong understanding of technical requirements.
• Deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.
• Should be self-motivated as well as a team player.
• Should have excellent oral and written communication skills
