• Freshers(Females candidates) with basic computer skills and excellent communication skills will be preferred.
• Experience in the entire U.S. Recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, selection, salary/Rate negotiation.
• Self-motivated, Confident, Aggressive, Target-oriented.
• Proficient in sourcing right candidates through extensive portal search and Vendors.
• Should have excellent communication, convincing skills and negotiation skills.
• Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets.
• Candidate shall be self-motivated. Should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure.
• Prefer someone who has worked previously on Implementer requirements (Ex: LTI, Hexaware, Mphasis
