The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US staffing and a strong ability to source, screen, and close candidates efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate with clients and hiring managers
Manage candidate pipeline and ensure timely closures
Maintain strong candidate relationships
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Ensure compliance with client requirements
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
Strong understanding of US staffing process and recruitment cycle
Experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Immediate joiners preferred
