Job description:

US IT W2 Recruiter:

⮚ Minimum 4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment in handling Healthcare, IT & Retail US clients.

⮚ End to End US IT Recruitment Cycle

⮚ Recruit through our in-house platform and provide feedback/input to the development team to improve features/functionality.

⮚ Maintain requirements and candidate database on our in-house platform

⮚ Strong recruiting, sourcing, and technical skills

⮚ Reading resumes and qualifying candidates for technical fitment (eligibility), behavioural fitment, stability, suitability, etc.,

⮚ Good experience in screening, conducting phone screening, providing candidate assessments

⮚ Experience with various job portals and social network sites like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.

⮚ Well-versed in dealing with candidates - US Citizen, GC, H1B, TN Permit holders, . With good knowledge of tax terms (W2,1099, C2C).

⮚ Must have experience on W2 / Full-time roles requirement.

⮚Foster long term relationships with candidates

⮚ Work in a quick turnaround time to fulfil the requirements

⮚ Ability to source candidates through vendor partner

⮚ well-versed with W2 paper works & explaining about the benefits to the consultants.
