Position Overview Role Description What we'll offer you Global Cash Operations Team in Bangalore is responsible for managing Cross Broder Payments, Investigations, Funds Management, Static Data Maintenance which provides Middle Office and Back Office support to Global locations. The team is involved in various aspects of activities in investment Banking. The role is demanding, complex & critical in nature & requires interaction with Front Office, Stake holders, Client management team. Your key responsibilities Manage Cash Products (Back Office) function by ensuring accurate execution of Payments, Investigation and Static set up of clients instructions Knowledge of Investment banking and clearing systems of related products. ACH (Automated Clearing House) & NACHA knowledge is essential. Swift knowledge and various swift message types. Clear understanding of fields in commercial payment orders Cross Border Payments and Investigations knowledge is mandatory Knowledge about banking and Cash products Basic understanding of quality policy Contribution to innovation. Flexible to work in shifts. Mandatory requirement for US shifts. Your skills and experience Considering the demanding, complex & critical nature of the role and able to work in fast passed environment with consistent deadlines, candidates should meet the below requirements. Bachelor's degree or post-graduation degree in Finance. Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience. Excellent verbal & written communication along with dynamic & confident approach. Strong Analytical & Logical Reasoning. Understanding of Organizational Behavior & Problem Solving. Knowledge and understanding of Investment Banking Product. Strong knowledge and understanding of SWIFT, Banking Life Cycle. Ability to implement tasks and projects with minimal supervision. Team player who fosters team spirit in a global setting. Proficiency in MS Office applications with advanced knowledge of excel a strong plus.
