• Task and Requirments:
• Aligning business requirements with HR processes and translating them into IT development stories with Jira
• Coordinating with HR stakeholders to understand their needs and ensuring these are accurately reflected in the development work
• Manage the implementation of these requirements withing the ServiceNow HRSD (Hurman Ressources Service Delivery) module
• Steering external developers and guiding them through agile development cycles on a bi-weekly basis Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering:
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Conduct detailed analysis of HR processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvment
• Translate business requirements into detailed IT development stories using Jira
• Ensure comprehensive and clear documentation of requirements to facilitate smooth development ServiceNow HRSD implementation:
• Oversee the implemenation of HR requirements within the ServiceNow HRSD module
• Coordinating with ServiceNow developers to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solution
• Conduct regular testing and validation of the ServiceNow HRSD configurations to ensure they meet business requirements
• Agile Development Management:
• Manager and steer external developers through agile development cycles
• Facilitate bi-weekly sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings
• Ensure that development work is progressing according to schedule and within scope
• Provide guidance and support to developers to resolve any issues or roadblocks Performance Measurement:
• Measure success through the effective implementation of IT development stories
• Focus on enhancements that increase HR efficiency and customer centricity
• Track and report on the impact of implemented solutions on HR process improvments

About The Job:
• Deliver foundational and process specific training in mortgage underwriting and evaluate the trainee performance.
• Much of the role will entail all L&D specific tasks from content creation to delivery of training to batches of all sizes.
• Engagement will vary form novices to underwriting domain to experienced staff.
Essential Job Functions:
• Must have training experience of handling small to large size batches.
• Train staff on the basics of US mortgage industry and cover functional aspects of Loan Originations, Underwriting, Closing and Post closing, Servicing, Default Servicing and Title Industry.
• Come with deep knowledge in the loan processing and pre-underwriting domain.
• Trainee staff on loan processing concepts that includes reviewing 1003, identifying and understanding the initial submission of documents.
• Expertise in training Underwriting concepts such as reviewing eligibility across Income, Credit, Collateral analysis, Assets.
• Have wide knowledge of loan conditions and the supporting information or document to remediate those conditions.
• Must be aware of and be able to train staff on compliance, regulatory standards and guidelines.
• Experience in Post-Close/Investor Audits/Correspondent channel would be an added advantage.
• Have good exposure to Mortgage LOS’s; Encompass360, Empower, PC Lender, Calyx Point, etc.
• Must have experience in training teams, transitions & operations management.
• Be proficient at creating training manuals, document SOP, Work-flow diagrams, AS IS, TO BE processes & drill down to keyboard level Instructions.
• Create Training content in PPT, Word, and E learning tools.
• Coordinate with various functions to for execution of training responsibilities.
