Job Location : Fully Remote (Night shift) (6:30 PM IST - 3:30 PM IST)
Experience : 1 years - 3 years in US Non IT Staffing
Type : Fulltime/Permanent
Required Skills & Description :
• Min 1+ to Max 3 Years of experience in US Non IT staffing.
• Positive attitude, Good Analytical skills with excellent english communication skills.
• Who is passionate about his/her work
• Full-cycle recruitment and area staffing strategy responsibilities.
• Utilize various job boards: LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice along with existing candidate relationships and referrals.
• Proficiency in Linkedin recruiting is preferred - heavy hitters on Linkedin are desired
• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation.
• Worked on NON IT and Light industrial roles.
• Visas Exposure. W2 ,C2C
• Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) position.
Salary as per Industry Standards : Upto 30k+ Incentives
