Job description:
The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting specifically for the US Non IT industry and is skilled in screening, talent acquisition, interviewing, and employee onboarding.
We are in the pursuit of finding US Non IT recruiters who are ready to discover untapped talent and drive overall organizational growth while keeping in mind the booming global sector. And most importantly, enable people to develop successful careers in the field of recruitment.
Objectives of the role:
• Oversee the full recruiting lifecycle as an US Non IT recruiter.
• Foster and strengthen relationships with prospective candidates, who are specialized in Non IT and Engineering job profiles, to fill existing vacant roles in the company.
• Implement Non IT headhunting strategies, keeping in mind the latest industry trends as an effective Non IT talent acquisition consultant.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure the end-to-end lifecycle of Non IT recruitment, which includes sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.
• Execute strategic global hiring programs as an US Non IT talent recruiter keeping in mind international Information Technology trends.
• Manage the Non IT talent hub through job boards and procure the right talent for the company by screening resumes and managing the database.
• Design and implement job descriptions and engage with potential candidates on social media platforms.
Required skills:
• 2 - 5 years of work experience as an US Non IT/Engineering recruiter.
• Experience on W2 Contract, Contract-to-Hire job orders with Direct Clients / MSP is a must.
• Strong technical expertise with the skillset to comprehend and communicate job requirements in the Non IT sector.
• Experience in working with computerized HR IT recruiter software and job boards.
• Ability to be self-driven and work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in any stream.
• Strong understanding of the Non IT Business professional and Engineering side of recruiter role.
• Proficiency in English and the know-how to tap into the IT talent hub.
