Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Previous Experience: Prior experience in business process outsourcing, operations support, or a related field is an advantage.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and internal reporting.
• Multitasking: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing processes and tasks as needed.
• Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant software and tools for data analysis and documentation.
