US Property Accountant(Sage Intacct

We are excited to offer a great opportunity with one of our clients for a US Property Accountant role.

This position is ideal for an individual with experience in US Property Accounting, specifically with Sage Intacct/Appfolio.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of lease agreements and invoices in the rental business, as well as property/rent management.

Responsibilities:

• Process financial transactions and manage accounts receivable/payable

• Prepare and review daily bookkeeping and bank reconciliations for clients

• Process daily payments for US clients

• Manage financial data and ensure compliance with US GAAP accounting principles

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in US Property Accounting

• Proficient in Sage Intacco/AppFolio

• Good verbal and written English skills

• Familiarity with financial statements and bookkeeping
