1.3 Years to 6 Years’ experience.
• Basic Understanding of US IT/ Non IT / Pharma Recruiter Jobs.
• Strong Knowledge of Boolean search/finding keywords.
• Highly skilled in negotiations.
• Working experience on Direct/MSP/States/Federal OR SI Clients/Prime Vendors.
• Basic knowledge of Visas.
• Knowledge of TAX terms.
• Working experience on any of mentioned ATS (Job Diva, Ceipal, Bull-Horn, Recruiter Box, Jobvite)
• Working experience on Job Portals. (Dice, CB, Monster, Indeed, Linkedin)
• Strong communication skills required.
