A US Recruiter is responsible for the sourcing of suitable applicants on different job portals, websites, etc. You will also conduct pre-assessment calls with candidates, verifying different items such contact with overseas candidates and clients in the U.S.
No irate callers
No queuing
Fixed Saturday and Sunday rest days
Graveyard schedule - no shifting schedules
Early regularization and promotion
Monthly performance bonuses
Summary of Responsibilities:
This position is directly responsible for the delivery of offshore-based recruitment services to our clients in the US. The role will cover different tasks in the areas of active and passive sourcing, pre-assessment, candidate and employer scheduling and coordination as well as ongoing candidate engagement. The role will likely expand over time to include detailed candidate assessments and on-boarding coordination. The role is an individual contributor role that reports to a recruitment team leader.
The role will involve regular and direct contact with overseas candidates and clients. In addition to the recruitment experience, suitable applicants will also have outstanding written and spoken English communication skills, will be willing to work the night shift and will have a strong undergraduate degree.
While the role does involve the use of the internet and telephones as communication tools, this is not a call center job.
