Job Responsibilities: 1. To make cold calls to prospective US candidates across locations.
2. Calling the Candidates & fixing appointments for interviews.
3. Explain the job details.
4. Schedule appointments for in-house recruitment.
5. Follow-up with candidates.
6. To maintain a proper database of calls to be made and already made.
