Location: Hyderabad
Shift Time: Night shifts (6:30 P.M IST to 3:30 A.M IST)
Notice Period: 0 - 30 Days
Responsibilities
3 to 6 years of experience in USA IT recruitment & sourcing.
Looking for a Strong experience in H1B Transfers and well versed with transfer process.
Responsible for handling end to end recruitment cycle.
Responsible for hiring C2C, W2 and full-time positions.
Clear understanding of the US Staffing processes/ Techniques W2/ 10++/ Corp-to-Corp
Extensive sourcing of candidates using multiple sourcing channels including internal databases, job boards
