Job Responsibilities:

Accounting:

Prepare and analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts

Oversee AP/AR processes including invoicing, payments, and collections

Assist in month-end and year-end closures

Taxation:

Prepare/review federal and state tax returns (individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts)

Assist in tax planning to minimize liabilities

Conduct tax research to stay updated with IRS and state regulations

Ensure compliance while maximizing client tax benefits

Audit Support:

Assist in audits and ensure compliance with US auditing standards

Perform control and transaction testing

Prepare accurate audit documentation

Job Requirements:

CA Inter with completion of 3 years of Articleship

Minimum 1+ year of US Accounting/Tax experience preferred

Excellent command of English (written & spoken)

Shift Timings: Cab drop facility provided

‍ 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Female Candidates)

‍ 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Male Candidates)
