#We are hiring
> Process : Us Technical Voice Support
> Job profile (Fantasia PS) : Providing technical support to laptops and desktops and troubleshooting Operating system and internet connectivity related issues .
> Salary :
• With less than 1 year of Technical BPO voice experience – up to INR 4+3580 (Fixed in hand : INR 33,053/-).
• With more than 1 year of Technical BPO voice experience – up to INR 53+040 (Fixed in hand : INR 36381/-).
> Process Details -
HPPS / HP Print : US Technical Voice process (Night shifts), Any 5 days a week, no weekend off. This process requires one to work from office .
> Location : Thane (Mumbai)
> Transport Facility :
• One way Transport (Arranged between 8.30 pm to 6.00 am).
• Nodal pick up during day time (6.30 am to 8.00 pm) from Mira Road station , Vasai station , Thane station and Belapur station.
> Fantasia Printer Support : Providing Technical support for installation of printers and troubleshooting issues related to Printers.
> Minimum Education :
• Undergraduates with 6 months of International call centre experience .
• Graduate fresher from a technical background are eligible to apply.
> Rounds of interview : AMCAT registration with SVAR assessment followed by HR round and Ops round
> Other assessments : Versant (minimum Threshold -60) followed by typing test and Moodle assessments .
