Urgently Require Exp US Third Party Collection Executive for Renowned BPO
- 3+ years of experience in 3rd Party Collections for US Financial Institutions, including but not limited to Debt Buyers.:
- Understanding of laws and regulations related to debt collection (e.g., FDCPA, UDAAP, CFPB).:
- Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques (e.g., skip tracing).:
- Comfortable working with targets/monthly goals.:
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).:
- Skilled in negotiations.:
- Agent will be responsible for collecting funds from delinquent accounts. The money given to consumers are Credit Cards loans, Instalment Loans, Appliance Loans, etc.
• Responsibilities of this individual are shown below:
- Will conduct Outbound and Inbound calls to negotiate debt recovery.:
- Will understand what the consumer’s needs are and provide solutions to help pay their outstanding balance.:
- Update account status records and collection efforts.:
- Negotiate settlements to receive payment on percentages of loans.:
- Process payments and/or transfer the consumer to the payment department.
• Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

• Experience:
