Job Title: Tele caller Executive (US Process Night Shift)

About the Role:
We are a dynamic and fast-growing company seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele caller Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal to our success, where you will be engaging with prospective clients through outbound calls for a US-based process. As part of the team, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and maintaining accurate documentation of your interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads provided, following up on potential clients and opportunities. Conduct basic research on leads to understand their profiles and customize your pitch accordingly. Maintain detailed records of all calls and interactions on Excel sheets, ensuring data accuracy and organization. Track responses, follow up with interested leads, and nurture them through the sales process. Prepare daily reports summarizing the number of calls dialed, outcomes, and progress with the assigned leads. Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to align goals and strategies. Handle objections and queries professionally, providing relevant information to build rapport with prospects.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
Language Proficiency: Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Tech-savvy - Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or similar tools to track data, generate reports, and maintain accurate records. Basic knowledge of CRM tools would be a plus.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently during night shifts.
Organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to maintaining accurate records and meeting targets.
