Tech Mahindra is hiring for US Voice Process (Inbound customer service + Upselling)
Looking for an immediate Joiner
Location: Malad
Shift Window: 24/7 (rotational +.5 hrs of shift
Working days: 5 days working, 2 rotational week off
Fresher can apply with excellent communication skill
Role & responsibilities - Provide customer support for VOICE for international customers.
Resolve customer queries and requests.
Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Respond to customer inquiries.
Regularly review customer feedback and take measures to improve customer service.
Key skills:
Fluent in communication skills.
Good knowledge of computer
Ready to work in night shift
Ready to work in voice process
Company will provide one way cab facility
