Key Responsibilities:
Bench Management:
Source and identify IT professionals with experience in various technologies.
Maintain a bench of qualified candidates ready for placement on client projects.
Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements.
Sales and Marketing:
Actively promote candidates to prospective clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Build and maintain relationships with vendors and consultants.
Negotiate and finalize terms and conditions of contract placements.
Documentation:
Ensure our internal systems accurately document all candidate information and client interactions.
Prepare and maintain necessary documentation related to placements and contracts.
Compliance:
Stay updated with industry regulations and compliance standards.
Ensure that all placements adhere to legal and ethical guidelines.
Reporting:
Generate regular reports on bench status, candidate pipelines, and sales activities.
Provide insights and recommendations to the management team.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and terminology.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a night shift schedule (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM).
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Familiarity with ATS and CRM software is a plus
