Voice Process Executive – E-commerce Support | Jaipur (Night Shift)
Location: Sitapura, Jaipur (Work from Office)
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: Rotational | Night Shift (Cab facility provided)
Work Days: 5 days/week
Start Date: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls
Assist customers with product information, order placement, and return queries
Provide resolutions to issues with professionalism and empathy
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Undergraduate Freshers Welcome
Skills: Strong English communication (verbal) is mandatory
Must be open to rotational and night shifts
Candidates from across India are welcome to relocate to Jaipur
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed CTC: ₹2+,000/month
Relocation Bonus: ₹10,000
