About the job
We are looking for a motivated Outbound Caller to connect with customers in the United States. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, and promoting products or services while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to US-based customers
Introduce and explain products/services clearly
Generate leads and set appointments
Handle customer objections confidently
Maintain call records and update CRM systems
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets

Required Skills

Excellent English communication (neutral/US accent preferred
)Strong convincing and negotiation skill
sBasic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools
)Ability to work night shifts (US timings
)Good listening and problem-solving skill
