As a Senior Software Engineering in Global Tech, you will be working within a team of engineer for Finance Technology and Engineering. You will be responsible for delivering core capabilities that cut across our Accounts Payable Systems, with a deep focus on building new platform capabilities for Insights and Analytics.
What you'll do:
• Build, develop and deploy world class capabilities for Walmart Global Tech and the Finance Technology Area
• Engage and participate with the team to deliver technical solutions
• Engage with other teams and leadership across the world to collaboratively build and contribute to the strategic roadmap
• Own and support delivery for all applications in your responsibility.
• Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
What you'll bring:
• 5+ years of relevant experience in building highly resilient, highly scalable systems
• Strong analytical skills with proven creative thinking
• Passion for learning and connecting technology to business problems
• Good understanding of scalable cloud-based architecture and data strategies.
• Knowledge and/or experience in Data warehousing / modeling strategies.
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership for development and design of at least one project.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Environments/tools: Jira, Git, Confluence, Excel, PPT
• Strong desire to drive change, and ability to adapt to change quickly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Focus on reusability, frameworks, patterns, and configurations tools for faster development.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
