Key Responsibilities
• P2P OTC Trading: Facilitate and manage peer-to-peer OTC USDT trades, ensuring seamless execution and competitive pricing.
• Transaction Coordination: Oversee end-to-end transaction processes, ensuring timely and secure completion of high-value trades.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with individual traders, businesses, and partners to ensure a steady flow of transactions.
• Market Analysis: Monitor USDT market trends and price movements to provide optimal trading opportunities for clients.
• Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement pricing strategies to ensure profitability and competitiveness in P2P markets.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify and address risks related to trades, ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to AML, KYC, and other regulatory frameworks to maintain secure and legitimate trading practices.
• Platform Optimization: Leverage trading tools and platforms to improve transaction efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed records of trading activities and provide insights into market performance and trends.
Key Qualifications
• Proven experience in P2P OTC USDT trading and deal facilitation.
• In-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency trading platforms, market dynamics, and pricing mechanisms.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage client and partner relationships effectively.
• Proficiency in using advanced tools and platforms for P2P trading and real-time market monitoring.
• Familiarity with AML, KYC, and other compliance requirements in cryptocurrency trading.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
