We empower asset owners, managers, plant managers, and reliability engineers to measure and improve asset performance and optimize maintenance strategies.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Excellent university degree in Technical Writing, IT, Business Studies or a related subject or, alternatively, a language-based university degree
Excellent written and spoken skills in English
Outstanding communication, writing, and grammar skills
Ability to work to deadlines, deliver on time, and ensure high quality
Interest in software development
Self-motivated team player
Willingness to acquire comprehensive product knowledge and learn new skills
Knowledge of Content Management Systems (DITA) is a plus
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
We are looking for a customer-focused Associate User Assistance Developer (technical writer) to join our local UA team in Bangalore. You will be part of a global User Assistance and Translation team that covers products within SAP ERP Digitial Supply Chain. You will be assigned to two or three development scrum teams on operational level.
Your tasks will be researching, planning, and creating user assistance (UA) deliverables (both text and multimedia) in close collaboration with the development teams, UX designers, and other stakeholders to enable users to deploy, administer, and use the SAP software.
WORK EXPERIENCE
1-3 years of experience in technical writing, graduates welcome
