hat you'll do

W

e are looking for a user assistance developer to work closely with stakeholders in different roles in SAP CX AI Toolkit and other SAP CX products. SAP CX AI Toolkit is a new solution with built-in AI capabilities to automate time-consuming tasks and quickly analyze data from across the enterprise.

C

reating, delivering, and publishing Help documentation and UI text content

H

andling documentation and other UA deliverables in various portals/forums

D

efining terminology and creating terms in SAPterm

S

upporting product managers, development, and UX designers with your knowledge and writing skills

W

illing to take responsibility to understand the requirements of developers/product owner teams for documentation

W

hat you bring

E

xcellent written and verbal communication skills in English

E

xperience with documentation of software products

E

xperience with IXIA CCMS

E

xperience with tools such as Jira, Git Hub, confluence wiki, SharePoint is a plus

ood team player

elf-motivated, self-driven with ability to learn quickly

AP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 65,800 - 141400(CAD) CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance. ue to the nature of the role, which involves global interactions with SAP entities, as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada, functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.
