What you'll do

We are looking for a user assistance developer to work closely with stakeholders in different roles in SAP CX AI Toolkit and other SAP CX products. SAP CX AI Toolkit is a new solution with built-in AI capabilities to automate time-consuming tasks and quickly analyze data from across the enterprise.

Creating, delivering, and publishing Help documentation and UI text content
Handling documentation and other UA deliverables in various portals/forums
Defining terminology and creating terms in SAPterm
Supporting product managers, development, and UX designers with your knowledge and writing skills
Willing to take responsibility to understand the requirements of developers/product owner teams for documentation
What you bring

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience with documentation of software products
Experience with IXIA CCMS
Experience with tools such as Jira, Git Hub, confluence wiki, SharePoint is a plus
Good team player
Self-motivated, self-driven with ability to learn quickly

Nous recherchons un développeur ou une développeuse d'assistance utilisateur (UA) pour travailler en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes occupant différents rôles dans SAP CX AI Toolkit et d'autres produits SAP CX. SAP CX AI Toolkit est une nouvelle solution dotée de capacités d'IA intégrées pour automatiser les tâches qui prennent du temps et analyser rapidement les données de l'ensemble de l'entreprise. Votre rôle consiste à:

Créer, livrer et publier la documentation d'aide et le contenu textuel de l'interface utilisateur
Gérer la documentation et d'autres livrables d'assistance utilisateur dans divers portails/forums
Définir la terminologie et créer des termes dans SAPterm
Soutenir les chefs de produit, les développeurs et les designers UX avec vos connaissances et vos compétences rédactionnelles
Être prêt à prendre la responsabilité de comprendre les exigences des équipes de développeurs/propriétaires de produits pour la documentation
Ce que vous apportez

Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale en anglais
Expérience dans la documentation de logiciels

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 65,800 - 141400(CAD) CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance. Due to the nature of the role, which involves global interactions with SAP entities, as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada, functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.
