• Experience in creating product documentation (preferably in DITA).
JOB DESCRIPTION :
User Assistance Technical Writer
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 4 to 7 years of total work experience in technical writing.
• Experience in creating product documentation (preferably in DITA).
• Experience in creating social media content (for example blogs, tweets, or videos).
• Excellent written and spoken skills in English. Communication should be Excellent
• Proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts and present them clearly and concisely.
• Commitment to quality in all deliverables through proofreading and editing content for linguistic correctness, readability, usability, and correct terminology.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
• Solid understanding of Cloud technologies.
• Willingness to quickly acquire knowledge in new areas and adapt to change.
