Summary: As a User Experience Engineer, you will be accountable for prototype work and other software engineering solutions that create an optimized user experience. You will translate design concepts to prototype solutions as quickly and tangibly as possible, with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent. Your typical day will involve working on creating prototypes, collaborating with designers and developers, and ensuring the seamless integration of design and technology. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with designers and developers to understand user requirements and translate them into functional prototypes. - Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and user flows. - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs. - Ensure the seamless integration of design and technology by working closely with developers. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in user experience design. - Assist in the development of design guidelines and standards to maintain consistency across products and platforms. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. - Experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma. - Knowledge of interaction design and information architecture. - Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - This position is based in Jaipur. - A Graduate degree is required.
